Only the following entries are allowed:
'P' = internal persons (that is, employees of the company).
Data is stored in the database PREL.
H' = external persons (not yet belonging to the company). Data is stored in the database PLOG.
'AP' = applicants (not yet belonging to the company).
Data is stored in the database PAPL.
