Definition

Procedure groups are fixed internal keys in SAP Banking's single transaction costing which control the processing of bank transactions. Procedure groups are relevant for single positions and single transactions. In particular, procedure groups control plausibility checks when creating a costing rule.

Use

This indicator controls several costing procedures. The user has the following options:

  • choose to calculate revenues for procedure groups 'annuities' and 'swaps'.
  • choose to calculate the NIM contribution for procedure groups 'annuities', 'swaps', and 'FRAs'.
  • choose to calculate arrued discounts for the procedure group 'annuities'.
  • choose to calculate the currency translation contribution for the procedure group 'variable transaction'.
  • transfer the interest contribution from BCA for the procedure group 'bank current accounts'.
