Documentation
Definition
Specifies the quantity to be moved in the unit of entry. The quantity is automatically converted to the stockkeeping unit (base unit of measure).
Use
Enter the quantity to be moved in any unit of measure for the material.
If the relevant unit of measure has not been defined in the material master record, the system uses the stockkeeping unit.
If you do not enter a unit of measure, the system uses the following units of measure:
- order unit in goods receipts against purchase orders
- production unit in goods receipts against production orders
- unit of issue in other goods movements
Supplementary Documentation - ERFMG 0001
Procedure
In the case of goods receipts against purchase orders, the system proposes the open order quantity (that is, the quantity still to be delivered).
If the open order quantity is not the same as the delivered quantity, enter the delivered quantity here.
Supplementary Documentation - ERFMG 0002
Procedure
Enter the counted quantity of the material.
Dependencies
You must indicate a zero stock balance (that is, counted quantity = 0) explicitly, by entering "X" in the column "ZC".
Supplementary Documentation - ERFMG 0003
Use
Quantity to be withdrawn from this batch or from this storage location.
Procedure
The system automatically proposes an apportionment of the quantity to be withdrawn. You can change this apportionment.
Dependencies
The following must be taken into account in respect of the apportionment:
- The quantity to be apportioned (field "Target quantity") in the relevant unit of measure (unit of entry or stockkeeping unit).
- The quantity already apportioned (field "Actual quantity").
- Available stock (column "Stock").
Supplementary Documentation - ERFMG 0004
Definition
Total quantity already apportioned (in the stockkeeping unit).
Procedure
Examples
Use
This field is updated after every change in the apportionment.
