Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) lets you modify the consistency check within markdown profile assignment in SAP R/3. In the standard configuration, the system differentiates between profile-dependent and profile-independent checks.

  • The profile-dependent check compares the profile attributes with the attributes of the materials to which the profile will be assigned. This check is fixed and cannot be modified by the BAdI.
  • The profile-independent check tests whether a profile assignment to a material may not be allowed due to a price-only material. This check can be performed in the BAdI using method WRF_MPA_X_CHCKCON_E.
