Definition
If this indicator is set, then a release for posting has to take place before a document can be posted.
If the indicator is not set, no release is necessary.
Use
SAP delivers the sample workflows WS10000051 and WS00400032 as standard for the amount release.
If the indicator is set, when you save the document the workflow event CREATED for object type FIPP is triggered (provided the amount limits and so on are fulfilled). In the workflow Customizing, the event must be linked with the workflow specified within the maintenance of the event linkage.
