Use
Last date on which the user master record can be used to log on to the SAP system.
Procedure
Specify the last day of validity for this user name. Validity expires at midnight on the date specified.
Leave this field blank if you want the name to be permanently valid.
If you are working with the payroll system, you should use only the validity fields to control the validity of users rather than creating a user and deleting it again at the end of the work relationship.

Date at which the user master record expires, that is, it can no longer be used for the logon to the SAP System.
Procedure
Enter the last validity day for this user ID. The validity expires at the entered date at 0.00 clock. Leave this field empty if the name should be valid for an unlimited period of time.
