Definition
Indicates that revenue accrual is not to take place for the revenue resulting from supplying the subscriber with this issue. This is usually the case if delivery took place during the first grace period and no further incoming payment was received.
If an incoming payment is received during the first grace period, these delivered issues are released for revenue accrual. The liability account for the new billing cycle is then amortized retroactively.
