Definition
You have se the indicator Negative Posting for at least one of the manually entered line items. Your document also contains automatically created items (for example, tax items). You also want the indicator to be set automatically for these items.
Use
In the editing options for accounting you can activate the automatic negative posting for automatically created items for posting or simulation. For posting (or simulation) this works in dialog as well as in the background. To make sure that there are no complications with negative postings in batch input, you can set the indicator 'Automatic Negative Posting' for the batch input user.
Dependencies
The indicator 'Negative Posting' is only set for automatically created items if it has already been set for at least one of the manually entered line items.
