The key has a different meaning depending on the procedure. The meaning is defined in the SAP System and cannot be changed.
Example
For posting the taxes on sales/purchases, you can determine an individual account per tax code. If this is required, enter the code. In this case, the tax code is used as the modification key for the account determination.
