This indicates that manual changes made to existing billing datasets are to be copied into new billing datasets when these are generated if one billing dataset exists before and after the new generation run.
Use
Data from an existing billing dataset is usually only copied into a new billing dataset if both billing datasets have matching identifying attributes. These are dependent on the item type.
