Definition

Rounds the interim totals from the interest calculation.

Example

Interest is to be calculated on an amount from 01.01. to 01.20. Another interest rate is used form 01.10.

Interest from 01.01. to 01.09.: 10.12345

Interest from 01.10. to 01.20.: 30.34437

For a currency with two places after the decimal point, the total interest without rounding the interim totals is 40.47 (10.12345 + 30.34437).
If the interim totals are rounded, the total interest is 40.46 (10.12 + 30.34).
