Set this indicator, if calculation of the time period for the defined cutoff value percentage rate should start with the capitalization of the asset.
Example
Start of the time period calculation: capitalization date
Period of validity: 5 years
Percentage rate: 5%
=> A cutoff value percentage rate of 5% is valid for assets that are no older than 5 years (calculated from the the capitalization date).
