Definition
When you release the change number, this indicator restricts the order processing block to orders that are affected by changes to geographical structures (made using this change number). The restricted order block only prevents changes from being made to data relevant to shipping in the relevant orders.
If the indicator is not selected, it is not possible to release change numbers and process orders at the same time (general block).
The restricted order block only takes effect if it is specified in the general Customizing settings for IS-M.
