Definition
If you set the "interest calculation to date of issue" indicator, interest is calculated even if this would not be the case according to the periodicity selected in the insurance object master data. Calculation takes place for informational purposes and is taken into account when determining totals records, and a log is created in the appropriate log class.
If the end of the last interest period is earlier than the date of issue and the interest calculation end defined in the master data has not yet been reached, the account balance interest calculation does not post any interest on insurance object level for the period after the last interest period.
Calculation takes place at the latest for the interest calculation end date that has been defined in the master data.
