Indicates that the creditworthiness figure is fixed. Creditworthiness can therefore only be changed by new credit records (for example, from dunning), and not by the passage of time.
Example
The creditworthiness figure can be fixed for customers whose receivables are sold to a collection agency.
The creditworthiness figure can therefore no longer be reduced, even though the customer no longer receives dunning notices.
