Definition
By selecting this option, you tell the program that you want to create an archive index for the relevant documents.
For those programs which have both production and test run capability, this option should be run only in production run. This option will be ignored if test run is selected.
Within the archive index, archived accounting documents are directly allocated to the archive files in which they were stored, thus enabling much quicker access to individual archived documents.
