Definition

Quantity a plant wants to be allocated in an allocation table item.

Use

The confirmed quantity is only used in allocation tables (or in promotion allocation tables) with request notifications (see notification category/announcement category).

The confirmed quantity for a plant can only be entered after a request has been created (i.e. after printing the notification or announcement). Please note the Customizing settings for the notification category.

You can report requested quantities in allocation tables as follows:

  • Online "Edit reply"
  • Online "Communication per plant"
  • SAP Retail Store

You can report requested quantities in promotions as follows:

  • Online "Report requested quantity per plant "
  • Subsequent processing in the "Plant items" view
