Definition

Causes the raw exposures for all existing follow-on documents of the processed trading contracts to be updated

Use

In this case, follow-on documents are exclusively exposure-relevant purchasing documents and sales documents. If, for example, there is a trading contract with sales orders and deliveries, the exposures of the sales orders and deliveries are also recalculated once the processing of the trading contract and the update of its exposures is complete.

Note:

The setting of this indicator does not cause the generation of follow-on documents, or a transfer of the data in the processed trading contracts to their respective follow-on documents. After the processing of all trading contracts, the report is automatically executed again, with a transfer of the existing follow-on documents as selection parameters. During the determination of the raw exposure of the follow-on documents, the settings in section Report Mode are taken into account.

If precontracts were processed, the setting of this indicator does not cause any automatic processing of trading contracts that were created as releases for these precontracts. If you want this to happen, these trading contracts must be included by using corresponding selection criteria.

In addition, this indicator cannot be set in processing mode Delete.

Dependencies

In the simulation run, the system ignores this indicator, that is, the determination of the raw exposures for follow-on documents is not simulated.

If the display option Display Raw Exposure is active, the exposure of the follow-on documents is also displayed in processing mode Repair. In the processing modes Initial Feed and Reprocessing, only the exposure of the processed trading contracts is displayed.
