Definition
Determines how the processing of trading contract raw exposures should take place
Use
You can choose between the following modes for the processing of trading contract raw exposures:
- Repair
Use this processing mode if the raw exposure of a trading contract was not correctly updated.
Only one document can be processed. The price information in the trading contract is updated, and the relevance of the document and its items for the update of a raw exposure is redetermined. An exposure record with a risk quantity of zero is sent for items that were determined as not relevant for the exposure update after the new evaluation, even if the item was previously not relevant either. This ensures that even a delete operation is automatically repeated.
- Delete
Use this processing mode to correct the related exposure data records for non-relevant trading contract items, or items that no longer physically exist.
Only one document can be processed, with the optional entry of one or more document item numbers. The relevance of the document and its items for the update of a raw exposure is not redetermined. For items that are flagged as not relevant for the exposure update, an exposure record with a risk quantity of zero is sent.
If a document item number is explicitly entered in the selection criteria, and the respective document item has already been physically deleted and no longer exists in the document, records with a risk quantity of zero are also sent for the related items.
- Initial feed
Use this processing mode if you want to carry out the exposure update for trading contracts that were already posted before the integration with Treasury and Risk Management was activated.
After taking the selection criteria into account, the only trading contracts that are processed are those that contain items for which the relevance for the exposure update has never been determined (initial relevance indicator on the database). The price information in the trading contract is updated, the relevance of the document and its items for the update of a raw exposure is determined, and then corresponding exposure records are sent.
- Reprocessing
Use this processing mode if the raw exposures of multiple trading contracts were not correctly updated.
After taking the selection criteria into account, the only trading contracts that are processed are those that contain items for which the relevance has already been determined (no initial relevance indicator on the database). The price information in the trading contract is updated, the relevance of the document and its items for the update of a raw exposure is redetermined, and then corresponding exposure records are sent.
