Definition
This is a method of calculating accrual/deferral valid in a different way from the standard setting for an individual loan contract.
The following algorithm is valid for interest proportional discount
accrual and deferral:
Accrual/deferral amount =
Remaining discount on the accrual/deferral key date
* Total nominal interest from the last accrual/deferral key date
to the accrual/deferral key date
/ Total nominal interest from the last accrual/deferral key date up
to the Calculation to date for the discount flow.
