Documentation
Definition
This indicator controls how the net and gross amounts of the periodic fee types in the object company code and the company code of the manager are to be calculated.
Use
Background: Fee amounts are expressed as net amounts but can have differing tax codes in the company codes.
- Indicator is set:
Due to differing tax codes, the gross amounts for fee amounts with the same net amounts are calculated differently.
- Indicator is not set:
In both company codes the same gross amounts are posted, and the net amounts in the object company code are adjusted.
Dependencies
Exception in active tax calculation with tax jurisdiction code:
- No tax jurisdiction code maintained in the Jur.code IT field
In this case
- the tax jurisdiction code is taken from the Real Estate object and
- differing gross amounts are calculated.
This occurs regardless of status of the code.
- Tax jurisdiction code maintained in the Jur.code IT field
The indicator logic applies as described under Use.
