Definition
If this indicator is set, condition types that do not exist on the contract or the rental unit may also be adjustment during a rent adjustment.
During the adjustment calculation their amount is zero. When the adjustment records are activated they are then generated for the first time with the new amount.
If rental agreements and rental units are adjusted together, new conditions to be generated for both objects may be defined separately. This is not affected by the value of the indicator.
