Definition
If this indicator is set, the rental agreement conditions are copied to the rental unit when a rental agreement for this rental unit expires (valid as from the new rental agreement vacancy date).
The conditions are only transferred if no other value is entered in the rental unit for the corresponding condition type as from the new vacancy date. Conditions are inserted but are not deleted during transfer.
If flow types for vacancies are defined for the conditions, the corresponding conditions are posted during vacancy. The "transfer percentage rate" determines whether the rental agreement conditions are fully (100 %) transferred or just a certain percentage of them.
You can define company code default values for this indicator as well as for the transfer percentage rate in Customizing.
