Definition
The compensation time is a specific percentage of the planned working hours. It may be the difference between the number of planned working hours in the collective agreement and the number stipulated in the daily work schedule, for example.
Compensation time can be accumulated in a quota using the time evaluation report.
Use
Procedure
Enter the time period as a decimal figure.
Examples
The weekly working time according to the collective agreement is
37.5 hours. For various organizational reasons however, your employees
work eight hours a day on five days a week.
The difference between the working time according to the collective agreement and the planned working time is stored as compensation time. Employees can use up their compensation time quotas by taking time in lieu, for example.
