Definition
The daily work schedule variant allows you to define several different versions of the same daily work schedule.
You can use variants to define shorter working hours on Fridays or on days preceding public holidays, for example, or to indicate that absence hours should be calculated according to the average daily working time.

If you simply specify the variant here without making an entry in the Daily work schedule field, the system automatically refers to the daily work schedule that is valid according to the work schedule.

You can enter the name of a variant for the time statement in this field.
You can define the form description in the variant. The variant also sets the parameters that are divided by a blank line in the lower section of the selection screen.
