Definition
Defined weekday used to generate a default value for the validity start for a sales price calculation.
Use
The date of the defined weekday that follows the current date is used as the default. The current date may or may not be allowed. You can define one or two weekdays.
The default date determined according to the weekday is shown on the selection screen when you call the sales price calculation.
Dependencies
To ensure that the default value for the validity start is determined using a defined weekday, the indicator 'Type for Determining Validity Start Default' must be set to '2' or '3'.
Example
You call the sales price calculation on Tuesday, 01.01.2002. If you have set Thursday as the only weekday, the system suggests 03.01.2002 as the validity start.
If, however, you have set Tuesday as the weekday, the system suggests 01.01.2002 if you are using determination type '2', or 08.01.2002 if you are using determination type '3'.
If you have set Thursday and Monday as weekdays and you are using determination type '3', the system suggests the date of the following Thursday if you call the sales price calculation between Monday and Wednesday. If you call the sales price calculation between Thursday and Sunday, the system gives the date of the following Monday.
