Definition

The completion status of billing-related item information in the sales document.

Use

If billing-related item information is missing from the sales order, the system marks the status as incomplete. You cannot bill an item that has incomplete billing information. For example, if an item has no information about prices, you cannot create an invoice.

Procedure

If you try to save a document with missing information, the system tells you that the document is incomplete. You can then list the fields where information is missing and complete them. Alternatively, you can save the incomplete document and enter the missing information later.
