Documentation
Definition
Defines the period of the intention for sale.
Use
This setting is relevant for the following consolidation functions:
- In the reclassification, you can use a special logic for the reclassification of balance sheet accounts to the target accounts Assets and/or Liabilities Held for Sale.
- Starting with the time (year, period) of the intention for sale, the system suppresses the scheduled depreciation in the elimination of interunit profit and loss in transferred assets.
- In the consolidation of investments, you can suppress the adjustment of minority interest for the retained earnings that result from the new valuation of assets held for sale that affects earnings.
Dependencies
You can only define the period of the intention for sale if you activated the Assets Held for Sale function in the consolidation area settings beforehand.
