Definition
Flag the parameter, if you want to display the fictitious payroll process for each personnel number for test purposes.
Fictitious payroll is used to calculate ancillary payroll costs (SI-ER contributions).
Firstly, a list of wage types is printed, which contains the ancillary payroll costs that the employer would usually pay for the employee.
A list of wage types is then printed that contains the ancillary payroll costs the employer would pay for the employee in addition to the Remuneration for outstanding leave.
The ancillary payroll costs are indicated by a cross.
The differences between the ancillary payroll costs are put aside as additional ancillary payroll costs.
The following wage types are printed out in the second wage types list at the outset for your information:
/001: monthly vacation allowance
/002: outstanding leave days
/003: workdays per month
/004: allowance for outstanding leave days = /001 times/002 divided by /003
/005: normal gross amount
/102: regular SI allowance
/103: non-recurring SI payment
The outstanding leave entitlement (/005) is treated as a non-recurring payment.
