Definition

This indicator indicates whether the results of the research work should be delivered by e-mail. The e-mail text is entered in the menu Utilities -> Change e-mail text and used as the default setting for all future deliveries by e-mail. The results are then attached to this e-mail message as an e-mail attachment by pressing the pushbutton Deliver results, and the e-mail is sent.

Use

If this indicator is set, the results of the research are sent by e-mail. If the indicator is not set, and you intend to send the results by e-mail, then execute the following steps:

  • Press Cancel, to return to the research request.
  • Choose the tab page Information requirements and then Delivery parameter.
  • Set the indicator "by e-mail" and enter the e-mail address of the recipient in the category "Type of delivery".

Note that setting this indicator is technically possible, but belongs to the group of actions, which are normally executed by the info user, in the online entry form for the research request. You should therefore make sure (for example by telephone) whether e-mail delivery is desired by the info user
