Definition
Control of copying dates from deliveries into the shipment.
Use
If this indicator is set, the dates from the deliveries are copied into the shipment. The following rules apply here:
- The loading date from the deliveries is copied into the date for check-in and loading start in the shipment. If the loading date from the deliveries is not unique, the system will copy the earliest loading date into the shipment.
- The planned goodis issue date is copied from the deliveries into the dates for loading end, shipment completion, and shipment start in the shipment. If the planned goods issue date (loading date) from the deliveries is not unique, the latest goods issue date is copied into the shipment.
- Delivery date is copied into the date for the shipment end
The leg indicator in the shipment header influences the copying of the dates. Items 1 and 2 are only valid for the preliminary leg and the direct leg. Item 3 is only valie foir the subsequent leg and the direct leg.
Procedure
If the planning of a shipment is completed, set the status "planned". At this point, the dates are copied into the deliveries of the shipment.
