Definition
Controls how the exchange rates are determined for currency translation from foreign currencies.
Use
If this indicator is set, then foreign currency amounts are translated using the posting date of the accrual/deferral. If you do not specify a posting date different from the key date, then the currency translation takes place using the current exchange rate on the key date.
If this indicator is not set, then the system uses foreign exchange rates that were used for flows to be accrued/deferred that were already posted. If the flows to be accrued/deferred (for example, interest flows) are not yet posted, then the system proceeds as if the indicator were set. That is, it uses the exchange rates of the key date, or from the posting date of the accrual/deferral, if it differs from the key date.
