Use

This field is relevant if a married couple (linked in the FS Business Partner by means of the relationship is married to) is assigned to a loan as main borrowers or borrowers, and both partners have the same address:

• If you want the system to generate just one letter addressed to both partners at the same address, set this indicator.
• If you want the system to send a separate letter to each partner, leave the field empty.

Example

Hans Bosch is the main loan partner for the loan, and his wife is the borrower. Both have the same address. You want the system to generate just one letter for both business partners assigned to the loan.

If the indicator is set, the system will generate one letter addressed to Mr. Bosch and Mrs. Salizar at their shared address.

If the indicator is not set, the system will generate a separate letter to both Mr. Bosch and Mrs. Salizar at their shared address.
