Documentation
Definition
You can store an alternative identification for a service here; for example, the DP number from a service catalog, the identification of a service in subsystems (for example, laboratory), or the identification of the service from a system you previously used (legacy system).
Notes
In a catalog of procedures (OPS), you can store the official procedure code for an unofficial procedure. The official code must exist in the same catalog as the unofficial one.
You define whether a procedure is official or unofficial using the charge type.
Supplementary Documentation - TAEXTNR 0001
Use
If the service is a surgical procedure code, this field contains the reference to the current, official OPS code.
If the field is blank, there is no assignment of the unofficial surgical procedure code to the official code.
