Use of key figure for analysis purposes
The Prestep is automatically executed by the system, if the access fields are only header fields from the KOMK structure. The KKOPF field shows that only header fields are defined for the access and then automatically starts the Prestep. Up until Release 3.1G it may be the case that the internal field KKOPF is set, although item fields, i.e. fields from the structure KOMP are available for the access. This has the effect that the Prestep is executed for accesses for which it is not normally recommended and can lead to performance problems.
Structure and use of detail displays
The accesses are listed in the detail display, where KKOPF has been set incorrectly. Note 71809 contains a repair program, to correct the KKOPF field accordingly.
