Definition
The system requires you to enter a material identification at the destination storage bin.
Use
This table is used only if bar code scanning devices communicate directly with the SAP system. Depending on the identification applied to the material, you can choose whether you want to scan a UCC/EAN number, for example, or the internal material number.
Then the system checks to make sure the UCC/EAN number and the internal material number are consistent and that the correct material is put away or picked.
