Definition
If you select this field, you are required to verify the destination storage bin by scanning it or keying it in manually.
Various forms of entry are allowed. Based on your entry, the system determines the destination storage bin in the warehouse master record. It then checks if the material is placed in the correct storage bin (that is, the storage bin proposed by the system).
You specify the type of verification in the verification field of the warehouse master.
Example
The system proposes a destination storage bin for putaway. In the simplest case, it is sufficient to scan the storage bin. The system can then check whether the warehouse workers have chosen the correct bin.
