Definition
The background job for deadline monitoring mointors all deadlines defined in the workflow definitions through the workflow runtime system.
If the indicator is set, the deadlines are checked at regular time intervals. This time period is preset by the system at 3 minutes, but you can change it at any time. The next time point when the deadline monitoring will be executed is displayed.
If the indicator is not set, the next time point for the check to be executed is determined by the system. This time point affects all current workflows after the next deadline to be monitored. When new work items are started, the system automatically updates the next start time point. The next work item to be monitored is displayed in the field work item with minimal date.
