Definition

Quantity similar to the (net) margin in the sales price calculation function, in which the current (net) sales price valid on the pricing date is used instead of the calculated (net) sales price.

Use

The current (net) margin is calculated in the sales price calculation function to allow you to calculate the current final price taking into account the purchasing conditions valid on the pricing date.

The following formula is used:

Current (net) margin = (curr. SP(net) - PP(net/net)) / curr. SP(net) * 100

The current (net) margin does not, therefore, correspond to the margin valid for calculating the current final price. These margins are the same only in cases where the purchase price (net/net) of the current calculation corresponds to the purchase price (net/net) of the previous calculation.

Display in the sales price calculation function

The current (net) margin is displayed in the "SPANA" list field of the pricing table.

Dependencies

When calculating prices for wholesales and distribution center distribution chains, the current (net) sales price corresponds to the current final price. For store distribution chains, for which the sales price includes tax, the current (net) sales price is first calculated from the current final price and the relationship between the (net) sales price and the (gross) sales price.
