Definition
Ensures that users can only send documents externally to people from the address management.
Example
A user wants to send a message to Mr Georg Huber. The address of Mr Huber is maintained in the address management with the standard communication method fax and the fax number DE 0333333. The user enters the name Georg Huber on the send screen and the message is sent to the fax number. However, it is not possible to enter the fax number DE 0333333 directly.
Dependencies
If you select this field the functions fax entry, Internet entry, X.400 entry and remote SAP entry are deactivated on the send screen. The recipient can only send externally to the recipient type external address via the standard communication method specified for this address.
If you select all the fields in the frame send restrictions the function send is deactivated in the whole of the business workplace.
