Definition
Via the function 'Entire medical history of a patient', you receive a list of all changes to patient master data since data entry of the patient.
Only changes which affect the following data are relevant:
- name
- name elements and nationality
- address
- SI number and external patient
- employer data.
The highlighted fields on the list signal a change to the field contents, always with regard to the current status of the patient master data.
