Documentation
Definition
Defines how many times the use of a mandate is logged by the system in a separate table. The system records only the specified number of times last used.
Use
When using a SEPA mandate (for example, in the payment run when collecting a receivable), you can log the use of the mandate in a separate table.
You specify here the maximum number of entries this usage log table should contain.
Note that if you specify the number as 5, this does not mean that the mandate can only be used 5 times, but only a maximum of the last 5 instances of it being used are stored here.
More generally, this means:
0 = no usages are stored.
n = a maximum of n last usages are stored.
You can store a maximum of the last 9999 usages.
