Definition
Absences during the first month of employment require special processing. This doesn't apply, however, to all absence types.
In order to define for which absence type seniority must be taken into account, the 'Seniority' check box has been added.
Per default, this check box is selected, which means that seniority is taken into account. Deselect it if needed.
For example, seniority is required for illness but not for work-related accidents. In the 1 st case, you should leave the box as it is, whereas in the 2nd, you should delesect it.
