Definition

You use this selection to define that the backflushing processes to be separated are to be processed on several application servers working simultaneously.

You must define the following control parameters before this parallel processing technique can be used:

• Time of the processing
• Number of the work processes
• Name of the logon/server group

You define these control parameters in Customizing for Repetitive Manufacturing:

Define parallel processing type for backflushing processes

You must also define which application servers are to be used. To do this, maintain RFC group (Menu: Tools -> Administration -> Administration -> RFC destination -> RFC group).

The name of the server group must correspond to the name of the logon/server group in Customizing for Repetitive Manufacturing. Please take careful note of capitalization.
