Definition
When sending a report the data you selected are first saved as an extract.
If you have not made any settings to the contrary in the extract, an expiry date of 30 days is set for the extract. The mail you send contains a reference to this extract that allows the extract to be called directly from the mail. Extracts can therefore only be sent to internal users.
The extract can no longer be called from the mail if it has been deleted (either automatically once the expiry date has been exceeded, or manually).
You can only send an extract in HTML format from the report output (Send mail from report output).
