Use

For group consolidation, a detailed list of the activities in asset accounting by transaction types is not required. Therefore, special asset transaction types can be grouped together for group consolidation, whereby a general transaction type is assigned to them for group consiolidation.

During the posting, this consolidation transaction type is also posted.

Examples

For consolidation purposes, transaction type 200 is assigned to all transaction types for fixed asset retirements (200-290).
