Definition
Start date of sick pay supplement.
The actual start of an illness, and the one certified by the health insurance fund, do not have to coincide. The employer only pays a sick pay supplement if the health insurance fund also pays one.
Use
Procedure
If you press Enter, the system automatically enters the date of the day after the end of continued pay. The date on which the sickness was confirmed is calculated according to the data in the Contract Elements infotype (0016), and the entries in the fields Relationships, Accountable days and Certified start. You can overwrite the data if necessary.
- If you delete the default values, the employee does not receive a sick pay supplement.
- If there is an entry in the field, the date determines the start date for the sick pay supplement according to the length of the period of continued pay. Check the default value. Remember that the actual start
of the illness may be different.
Please note that entries/changes in the fields Relationships and Days credited are not taken into account to calculate the date if manual changes have been made in the fields End of continued pay and Sick pay supplement.
Delete the dates in the fields End of continued pay and Sick pay supplement if you want to have access to the data which is determined automatically.
