Documentation
Definition
Indicator specifying that all condition record changes are to be flagged as "completed" and thus earmarked for subsequent reorganization (deletion).
Use
The system uses change pointers to log all condition record changes made in the system that may necessitate changes to purchasing documents.
If you select this indicator all condition changes that meet the selection criteria are flagged for reoganization. If you have not selected all document categories that are relevant to your enterprise, you could lose some data as a result.
Dependencies
Renewed accessing of these changes is normally no longer possible. However, if necessary, you can also re-access condition changes that have already been earmarked for deletion.
Note
For the switch to be active, the "Flag processed change pointers for reorganization" switch must also be set.
