Definition
The request status describes the state of a request and controls whether documents can be created from the request.
Use
A request can display the following status:
- Saved incomplete
Documents cannot be created from a request saved as incomplete.
- Saved
Documents can be created from a saved document. No documents have been created from the request until now. An approval procedure for the request is not defined in Customizing.
- Approval Workflow
In Customizing you have defined that the posting of requests must be approved using SAP Workflow. The request has not yet been approved. No documents can be created whilst the request has this status.
- Approval Worklist
In Customizing you have defined that the posting of requests must be approved using a worklist. The request has not been approved yet. No documents can be created whilst the request has this status.
- Rejected
No documents can be created from a rejected request.
- Approved
Documents can be created from an approved request. No document has been created yet.
- Documents generated
Documents were already created from a request with this status and more documents can be generated.
- Closed
Documents have already been generated from a closed request. No more documents can be created.
- Deleted
No documents can be created from a deleted document.
