Definition

Number of the funds reservation which is to be reduced by the referenced document.

Use

If you reference a funds reservation in a document item, the funds required are taken from the funds reservation, not the budget. The reservation is reduced by the amount in the item. The commitment item, funds center and, if required, fund are automatically copied from the reservation to the document item.

If you are processing a funds commitment, you must be aware that a funds commitment can reduce either a funds reservation or a funds precommitment. If you have referenced a funds reservation , you may not reference a funds precommitment and vice versa.
